Gazebo Usage Waiver

I, the resident, agree to leave the Gazebo and surrounding landscape in the condition it was originally found at the time of my event. Any damage to the Gazebo and/or surrounding landscape (including but not limited to: turf, shrubs, flowers, trees) resulting from my use of the area will be my sole financial responsibility. The POA Board reserves the right to choose the vendor for cleanup and/or restoration.
